Technical Client Liaison Manager

Job Role:

As an experienced Technical Client Liaison Manager, you will play a lead role in client facing technical duties and engagements for the Development Team. Your experience of technical delivery will enable you to effectively coordinate across and engage with internal/external senior stakeholders, developers, engineers, data scientists and sales to ensure that the technical requests for our global and expanding client base are dealt with in a reasoned and efficient manner.

  • The skills to interpret technical jargon and communicate an understanding to business stakeholders
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams / strong communication & influencing skills
  • Ability to multitask / work with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Liaise with sales to understand upcoming client requirements
  • Production of client facing information, documentation, and presentations
  • Effective stakeholder management
  • Experience in issue resolution
  • Ensure that the strategic aims of the business are always considered
  • Enthusiasm for the product and imparting this enthusiasm to the team, partners, and customers


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Experience of working with complex, long-term, projects
  • Knowledge and experience of Agile delivery, e.g. Scrum, Kanban, Disciplined Agile
  • Technical background and experience working with/within development or technical teams
  • Experience with Atlassian tools (Confluence, Jira, Advanced Roadmaps)
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills
  • Customer facing experience at multiple levels
  • You must have the legal right to work in the UK to apply for this role as this company are unable to support Visa Applications/Sponsorship


  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or a deep understanding of digital technology
  • Technical knowledge of platforms and services (e.g. AWS, Microservices, Kubernetes)
  • Ability to manage and influence multiple stakeholders without direct authority
  • Familiarity in multiple functional areas including Engineering, Data Science, UX/UI, Sales, Customer Support or Finance
